Q: What is the process for booking a dance party?

 A: On choosing a package/theme and party slot, we ask for a deposit to confirm your booking (the full payment can be made all at once if you prefer). The remaining balance of your payment is required 7-days before your booking.

Q: How do I book Showtime Parties for my school, youth club/group?

A: On contacting to discuss the services you require from us, the usual booking process will apply.

Q: What is ‘Showtime’?

A: This takes place at the end of all parties and gives children the opportunity to showcase what they have learnt. Parents etc are invited to watch the final dance performance; and for schools, teachers too!

Q: What style are the dance routines?

A: Depending on your chosen theme, routines are generally street jazz / commercial styles.

Q: Can parents stay to watch?

A: We ask that parents leave children and return near the end of the party. This builds up the fun for children as they rehearse to perform in front of their parents at Showtime.

Q: Do you provide refreshments?

A: We ask whoever is responsible for the booking to provide this e.g. parents of the birthday child. However, upon request we can order pizza for parties held at our hall venue.

Q: Is package 1 available in my area?

A: We can hold a dance party at your home if you live within or near the London area. Contact us if you are unsure about package 1 being available in your area.

Q: Can I choose/use my own venue?

A: Only if you are a school or youth club etc and have booked a TAILOR-MADE dance party. If not, then your party will be held at one of our two main venues.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: All deposits are non refundable. But the remainder of your payment will be refunded on cancellation of a booking

Q: Can I give my Showtime Vouchers to someone else?

A: Whoever the voucher is issued to is the only person eligible to use it. We can however provide you with gift vouchers for our dance parties.
